Navels Pick of the Market
WA Navel Oranges are at their peak now. Supply is strong, prices low and quality is excellent. Speak to your Select Fresh rep for Marketing material to highlight WA Grown and add pizazz to your display.

USA Grapes
Red and White Seedless Grapes from USA now in strong supply. The fruit is now larger and sweeter than the early shipments. Prices are easing as volumes increased so good buying.
|
|
USA Stonefruits
USA Nectarines, Peaches, Plums and Cherries are all excellent quality again this year. These fruits fill a seasonal gap in the range for consumers and a corresponding gap in Sales for the Retailer. Shelf life is excellent so have confidence to display and market aggressively.

Cauliflower
Cauliflower are the pick of the Veggies this week. Quality is premium (particularly those our Grower picks and delivers daily into the Select Fresh Warehouse 🙂 and prices are easing.

Strawberry Update
Strawberry volumes/prices remain steady as cold temps hold. There are very large numbers in the fields again this year and only small volumes going east, so with a few warm days quantities will rocket and prices will drop significantly as is usual for July/August.
